At SUSLA鈥檚 2021 Faculty- Staff Institute, Dr. Rodney Ellis and Chief Advancement Officer Stephanie Rogers were joined by Brookshire鈥檚 District Manager Jay Holmes to announce the organization鈥檚 initial gift has been fully matched.
Brookshire鈥檚 invested $30,000 to establish the Brookshire鈥檚 - Super 1 Foods First Generation Scholarship. The gift was matched by $30,000 non-state funds and a $40,000 award from the Louisiana Board of Regents to become fully endowed at $100,000.

SUSLA Makes COVID-19 Testing Available to Faculty, Staff, Students and Athletes

91pro视频 at Shreveport (SUSLA) and David Raines Health Center (DRHC) are working together to offer free COVID-19 testing for people who live in Northwest Louisiana. Testing has been made possible through a grant awarded to SUSLA from Testing for America (TFA), a non-profit established in 2020 by leading scientists, epidemiologists and business leaders working to ensure effective and abundant COVID-19 testing as a tool to fight the pandemic.
